We are coming to a close on our first year living here and have only had good experiences! The outdoor aspect is great, as well as the amenities.

I have really enjoyed my time at Monterey Oaks! The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The common areas are very clean and well taken care of. The complex is quiet which is so nice! I love the outdoor area in the back with the jogging trail and the dog park. I don't have a dog but I love to see them all out and about. The volleyball area is great on the weekends with friends. I never have trouble parking close to my building. All in all - a great place to live!

It has been wonderful living at Le Montreaux. I have been here for a year and a half now. The apartments are in great shape and isolated enough that you get no neighbor noise. Parking is always available and much of it is covered. There is a great pool, a solid gym, and a good quiet but lively community. The staff (Mary and Renee) are always affable, quick, and helpful. Maintenance comes quick. The area is very safe. I highly recommend.

Any problem that I have in regard to the maintenance always is taken care of promptly. All the office staff and maintenance are very respectful and kind. I have lived in these apartments 10 years and that is one thing I can say that they are quick to assist with any problems I have had. If it will be something that has to get ordered or take longer, they let explain what has to be done. These are the only apartments that I have lived in that problems have been fixed quickly. We have lived here for 7 months and enjoyed a peaceful life. The maintenance crews respond faster than I have ever experienced in 13 years living in an apartment. The walks to the mailbox, urban forest and sounds are enjoyable each day, all still within minutes of shopping areas nearby. From the beginning, the staff have been nothing but friendly to us. The gyms and equipment are such that I don't need to pay for memberships outside of here, and personally, the topography makes a plain evening jog become an intense workout. Moving here was a great choice, and the affordability makes it all even better for us.

Everything looks amazing so far, will update this review depending on my experience.

My husband and I have only been here for two months and we LOVE it. The grounds are beautiful, the location is amazing, and our unit is stunning! We are so incredibly happy with The Madison. Ben and Niesha have been kind and responsive to any needs we have had. We hope rent will stay close to what it is now, because we definitely plan on staying here for a very long time!

I absolutely love living here. I have 2 small children and our apartment is very spacious. We live right by the woods so there are some great trails to walk snd super easy access to sunset valley shopping center. I can see us living here for the next few years to save up for a house.

Enjoy living here, the area around my apartment is quiet. I see deer almost daily.

I’ve lived at High Oaks a year and I just love it here. I’m not movin!

I love living in this complex. Everything morning i walk my dog and see wildlife. There are trees near each of my windows and balcony and I feel like i live in a treehouse. The fireplace in the winter is so lovely! My apartment is cozy, functional and just enough for me!

Love living here it's probably the first apartment complex where I am not having to deal with noisy neighbors or constant break-ins. Love my amenities with yard and view, friendly staff and appropriate Rent price. Valet is always on time, never have had a lost package very clean and spacious apartments.

Besides the parking situation at channing mark everything else is pretty sweet. Seriously though guys fix your parking spots.

Having been a resident here for almost 11 years, I have seen a lot of changes recently. Not only are they improving the property itself, but the experience living here has been dramatically different ... and that is because of the Management team. I have gone from having my concerns for years being ignored or being told that there is nothing that can be done, to seeing steps being taken to address those concerns. The manager, Kate, from the start, treated me as a valued member of this community and assured me that my questions and concerns mattered. Lucy and Q are both such a delight to interact with and are patient with my questions and go the extra mile to assure me that I belong! I was told by past Management teams here that apartment living was just temporary housing but this team understands that for me, a later-in-life ex-hippie, this is my home. And that makes a world of difference!! And that difference is because of Kate, Lucy, and Q!!! Plus ... they love my dogs, Chloe and Cooper.

We love it here! Staff is always friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond. Even though it’s currently a little noisy, we appreciate the improvements that are currently being done to the complex.
