Blessed on Feb 13, 2025When you move into a new property, there are always glitches. I haven’t seen anything that would raise a red flag but everything is happening in a timely manner for the better. Now that all the tenants are moved in everything is going smoothly management is super cool. I don’t have a problem with them personally myself. The tenants do need to clean up after themselves. We are all grown, so let’s be respectful.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Aug 9, 2023We have lived here since shortly after the apartment was built, so we were the first residents in our unit. The prices have definitely risen since we moved in, but the value was amazing for what we were paying. Maintenance crew are SO nice, helpful, and responsive, as is John the security guard. Front office is hit or miss, but I haven’t had any huge problems with them. They are generally helpful when you can get ahold of them. The location is really nice, and generally quiet in comparison to other Atlanta apartments. The pool has been closed a lot, but last year was due to post-covid equipment shortages, and this year due to residents breaking glass in the pool, so I don’t fault the apartment staff. The issues in the building are really due to other residents being neglectful, but the staff seem to handle issues well and in a timely manner. Felt really lucky to have found this apartment when we did, we had a positive experience overall. Thanks for everything!

Roger S. on Apr 2, 2024Having lived here since the summer of 2023, I can attest to the attentiveness of the manager and staff to the residents and being responsive to our requests and needs. Even when less-than-desirable situations have occurred, they have worked diligently to remedy and find solutions to the problem(s). A recent example has been their reinstalling the entrance gate to the resident parking on the main street. It has resolved any troublesome issues with the safety of resident vehicles an all too common problem in other complexes, particularly in Midtown. This focus on real-time problem resolution is truly one reason I chose this complex. I did not want to suffer seeing my vehicle broken into. The staff also regularly hosts food and social gatherings to stimulate community development. Lastly, the fact that the rental office staff go out of their way to know your first name and always have a cheerful smile when you encounter them, demonstrates that they appreciate that great customer service is an invaluable asset in their industry. And it goes a long way in creating a welcoming and friendly environment that we the residents truly can call home.

You can easily walk to shops and restaurants, with lots of amenities on site. The staff, especially Sadie and Brandon, are outstanding, helpful, and friendly. They made the big move from our home in the country as easy as possible, even delivering packages that arrived early to our apartment before we arrived. Requesting maintenance is a breeze, and the team is very responsive. Our place is elegant and luxurious, and we are grateful and happy to be in such a lovely community. Thank you!
