We have enjoyed living here, but, like any building, it comes with its quirks. The building was built cheaply, so we have had a lot of maintenance issues. The maintenance manager, Andrew, is great and definitely has a lot on his plate. A few things that would improve the building would be updated washer/dryer, updated windows, and different package delivery system.

Review of 618 S Main

I have lived in 618 S Main for a couple months now. The location is great - very close to downtown. Fair warning about the train. It is very loud and comes at different times throughout the day. The nighttime trips will wake you.

Great Place!

Absolutely love 618! Great place to live, amazing amenities like a gym. a coffee machine, free conference room, printing, an outdoor pool and so much more! Super clean and management is supeer responsive. Close to the law school also. Only cons are the huge hill you have to climb and the train noise
