Paper thin walls/ ceilings.

This complex is very nice, well kept and the staff are absolutely great. The rent rate for how much of my neighbors lives i can hear is abysmal. When my upstairs neighbor walks, my entire apartment shakes. I can hear conversations, when she cooks it sounds like its happening in my kitchen, and i can literally hear pee hitting water upstairs from ny bed at night. I’m half deaf in one ear, so it's not a matter of sensitive hearing. The walking creates a subwoofer effect, so the earplugs I wear to bed do nothing because I can feel it in my chest. Point being, $1,500 for a one bedroom is outrageous anyway, but the construction lacks basic sound insulation that makes daily life very bothersome for quiet time.

Great complex so far

Just moved in. So far it has been a good experience. The complex is clean and well cared for. There is plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy we chose Alante.

Walls and ceiling are paper thin, interior doors are cheaply made with carboard it seems.
