Awesome Management & Staff

Meredith, Nico, and Adri in the leasing office were always very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I never had any maintenance requests, but would see the workers around every day and they were great as well. My apartment in Pen II was extremely modern and clean, as well as common areas. Not a single complaint. Parking was also significantly more affordable than other places I viewed before choosing Peninsula. Great location, with the Red Line right down the street, and buses that pull up right to the entrance of the parking lot. If my situtuation was different, I would live here again!

Its iok. Will not be renewing lease. Think you can find a better location for same price. Works great if you are a student.
