Great space

I have lived at Gables Town Colony for 5 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The location is great, the staff are friendly, my maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. From the inside there is little to no noise heard from the other apartments and I've had little issue with neighbors being noisy outside. The amenities are well taken care of but limited. It's nice that they let you use the amenities at other Gables properties but it is certainly not convenient. My only true complaint is with the price, but I also know that housing prices are tough everywhere. Overall, I do highly recommend living here.
