It is too expansive for old apt no upgrades

They dont do upgrade is expensive for old appliances . The office manager never answer you, if you call the office they never answer. If you write an email to the manager of the property she will never answer you

Satisfactory over-all

I've lived in the Palms for 31/2 months. Overall, the property is good. It's a rental after all, so even though the model shows perfect it will never be the same in your rental unit, ever. Maintenance is there in a day or so but don't expect your appliances to get fixed or replaced unless they are absolutely dead. I'm still waiting on a repair or at least an idea when my washer and dryer will be repaired. It's been 3 months so far. But I guess as long as they kind of work ok they are still good to go, meaning the dryer runs for 30 minutes on a 60-minute cycle and the low-heat works hotter than the high heat, but hey, it works, right? Or my washer cycles don't line up with the dial so the washer will start somewhere on one part of a cycle-let's just say OFF for instance- and stop in the middle of the next cycle on the dial -let's say RINSE- so I never know what cycle I'm actually in. But it works, right? For this reason, I say satisfactory. It is below average if you take into consideration the cost to live here. This is why people give bad reviews because the only thing property management cares about is getting the unit filled than you could be s.o.l. if it's a big-ticket item that they can afford to repair...but choose not to. This may sound like a tedious complaint to some but it's not acceptable to me.
