Bad noise insulation

Main complaint is that the construction between apartments is very bad that you can easily hear your upstairs neighbor walking around, moving furniture, etc. Any units above the 1st floor would experience this. If you live in a unit with a windowless bedroom, there is a fan running 24/7 that you cannot turn off. Parking spots are very compact and small, and there's limited guest parking. Good parts: love the bright ceiling lighting in the apartment, modern apartment finish, and the location.

Building structure not the best

Pros: -Location (close to Hmart, restaurants, and park) -Clean and modern -Bright lighting -Friendly management -Trash room works well Cons: -Ceiling is very thin so you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking around and moving furniture -If you're living in a bedroom without a window, there is a fan running all day that might be annoying for some people -Like another reviewer mentioned, heating takes a while -Tight parking spaces and not a lot of visitor parking -There's a construction going on right now for a retail space and the drilling noise happens all day that it is very difficult to work at home. Apartments on the left side of the building would suffer from this

The exceptional location of my current apartment building is a definite highlight. With a few minor changes, it has the potential to be a great long-term residence. However, the parking situation, especially for guests, delivery services, Ubers, and taxis, is a notable downside that could use improvement.

Decent Value

Got a 4 week special when signing up so was worth it. I’m curious to what the yearly rent increases will be but being a brand new building (1-2years old) makes it somewhat worth it.
